My Fair Lady Starring Audrey Hepurb, Rex Harrison and Jeremy Brett

My Fair Lady
Tonight I just watched the movie My Fair Lady. I don't know how else to describe it but delightful! It was simply an enjoyable movie that is a must see for everyone, children and adults alike!
Mr. Jeremy Brett was supurb in his role of Freddie, the young man who is madly in love with Eliza. Mr. Brett's acting was awesome, (not to mention he was extremely handsome in that movie! )
My favorite scene was where Audrey Hepburn (Eliza Doolittle, also fantastic in the role) and Jeremy Brett (Freddie) sang 'Show Me.' That scene was wonderful to watch. Mr. Brett portrayed the love sick chap perfectly in that scene, complete with climbing over fences for her and falling off trash cans. Mr. Brett (and Ms. Hepburn) were excellent in that scene as well as in the rest of the movie. Mr. Brett, although charming and irrestible every time he was on camera, really stole the limelight in that scene. He was witty, charming, adorable and funny!
The rest of the cast was supurb as well. Mr. Rex Harrison was truly a joy to watch, especially in the scene 'Eliza's bolted.' He was also quite comical in the dancing scene that took place right after Eliza spoke her first words in proper English.
No wonder this movie won Best Picture at the Academy Awards in 1964. It was simply delightful and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to sit back and enjoy great music, exceptional acting and an overall lovely story.
(The only thing I disagree with is the ending. I mean how could you possibly leave poor Freddie? He definatly should have gotten the girl, but then again I'm partial!)
